Maintenance Contracts
Espresso Fix offers annual maintenance contracts to provide peace of mind.
We take a fully proactive approach to service with a focus on doing everything possible to minimise downtime. Your machine is regularly serviced, certified and we will speedily repaired should you suffer a problem.
Front End Servicing
A well serviced machine will ensure you are always serving the best coffee you can, as well as reducing the risk of breakdowns.
We recommend to have your machine serviced every 6 or 12 months depending on coffee volume. A front end service consists of changing the seals and showers on the group heads, servicing the steam valves, changing the anti vacuum valve, cleaning the boiler level probe and checking the boiler for scale build up.
Equipment Installation
We install traditional espresso equipment, providing suitable power and water services are in place. We can also carry out the installation of bulk brew coffee making equipment, water boilers and some bean-to-cup machines.
Coffee Machine Breakdowns
We understand that your machine is the heart of your business and when your machine breaks down time is of the essence. We will initially try and diagnose the problem and, if possible, solve the problem over the phone. If this is not possible, we will attend site as quickly as we can to get your machine back up and running and the coffee flowing again.
Workshop Services & Repair
Espresso Fix can repairs, refurbish or rebuilds your espresso machine in our fully-equipped workshop in Kent.
Workshop servicing includes descaling and front end servicing as well as the replacement of worn parts, so we are able to provide a six months’ warranty on work. To keep your business operating, we can install and set up a loan machine during scheduled workshop services.
Bespoke Customisation & Powder Coating
Style your coffee equipment to taste or to reflect your brand with our various customisation services, from powder-coating your machine to decals and logos and even tailor made wooden panels or group handles.
